This service applies to transactions that require expedited handling, are submitted after key milestones have passed, or need organization and compliance brought up to standard.

What This Covers:

  • Priority file setup and processing

  • Reconstruction of transaction timeline (if needed)

  • Full file audit and organization

  • Identification of missing documents, signatures, and deadlines

  • Catch-up on outstanding items and compliance requirements

  • Deadline tracking and recovery planning

  • Coordination to bring the file back on track

When This Applies:

  • Closing timelines under 7 days

  • Files submitted late

  • Transactions already in progress without proper setup

  • Disorganized or incomplete files requiring cleanup

Please Note:

  • Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the file and level of work required

  • Rush services may require same-day or after-hours work to meet contractual deadlines

Post-closing compliance only

Completion and organization of the file after closing, including collecting missing documents, verifying signatures, and submitting the file to the brokerage for compliance approval

Files that Terminate:

Hourly rate for non listed services $50/hr
